Program Description:
By subscribing to Polar Electric Alerts, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding your energy services, billing reminders, support notifications, updates, and promotional content. Message frequency varies based on usage and engagement.

Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP”, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions:
To rejoin, sign up again through our website or text the original keyword to our shortcode. We will resume sending SMS messages to you.
